Highly recommend- we came mid morning for a guided tour (included in entry) and stayed for lunch. We had a brilliant time after the tour wandering around the botanical gardens and the lovingly restored ‘village’ where we stopped for their dining experience - fresh local cuisine with plenty of the locally produced olive oil. It is a great spot to also do some souvenir shopping in the store. Don’t forget to also visit the Klis fortress which is included in your ticket price for this museum!

What an amazing experience! The olive oil tasting was a great tool to understand how to distinguish good olive oil and its health benefits. You can also have a lovely lunch there after the tasting. It is a set menu with appetizer, main and desert. Is soooo reasonably priced ranging from 24 to 28 per person.

A lot better than expected... Very friendly staff, a passionate and enthusiastic tour guide, and lovely gardens. We enjoyed sampling all the natural products in the shop after too... very tempting to buy it all. Less than 10 minutes walk from the bus stop on the main road, so very accessible even without a car.
