Vorrei dare meno di una stella, anzi ancora meno di 0 stelle, ma purtroppo non mi è possibile.
Abbiamo effettuato l’ordine alle 20:00 e la notifica con l’ora di arrivo indicava le 20:35. Successivamente è arrivato un messaggio nel qualche c’era scritto che l’ordine avrebbe tardato di 10 minuti, quindi l’arrivo era previsto per le 20:45. Fin qui tutto ok.
Abbiamo chiamato il ristorante specificando che gradiremmo l’arrivo almeno entro le 21:00 in quanto avevamo ospiti per cena. Ci è stato detto di non preoccuparci perché un’ora era più che sufficiente.
Arrivate le 21:00 nessun arrivo. 21:10, ancora nulla. 21:20 niente di niente. 21:30, men che meno. Allorché abbiamo chiamato il ristorante e con aria di superbia una voce di sottofondo pronunciava che “Old Wild West” non centrava nulla, l’ordine era già partito e che avremmo dovuto rivolerci a Just Eat. Chiamiamo Just Eat e ci comunicano che addirittura, alle ore 21:40, l’ordine non era neanche ancora partito dal ristorante! Oltre il danno anche la beffa, presi in giro doppiamente! Conclusione: ORDINE MAI ARRIVATO. Disservizio e scarsa professionalità. Consiglierei di lasciar perdere con la ristorazione.

The atmosphere was spectacular and the service, although it could be improved, was good. I'm not going to complain about the prices. We have asked and paid. But the letters do not have English and some parts do seem like they have tried to translate and have not known how. The waitress who explained to us that yes (obviously if we don't know Italian because we are tourists) that we look at the menu that there is the QR Code to read English but if we are tourists there is a chance that we do not have internet on our phones to enter the page. I have eaten a dish with the name grande canyon mix. For the quantity compared to the price, it has been a fairly poor portion. Coca cola without gas. The waiters have 0 English, which in an American restaurant might require a basic minimum of English. The large glass of pistacchio glass €6 and 2/3 of the glass is all cream. The lettuce in the salad is cut so small that you need a spoon to eat it if you don't want to end up looking like you've made a killing. The starters and the Smash 20 burger were the only thing worth it. Salad was good but could be improved. I am disappointed with my dish and the drinks. For a soft drink (0.5L from the tap) that costs almost €5, I can expect a little more than coconut cola flavored water. €91, which is not worth it.
