Ordinato piatto x due persone, tutto bene. Quando arriva il piatto ci dicono che il prezzo era sbagliato non 22 ma 30 euro, se la porzione fosse stata x due poteva andare ma la porzione era misera. Mai più...

WARNING: DO NOT EAT HERE! Ptuj's Pizzeria Njami is an absolute disgrace and a health hazard! If zero or negative stars were possible, that is exactly what I would give this establishment. What they allow themselves to get away with under the guise of being a "restaurant" is absolutely outrageous, repulsive, and down-right dangerous. I cannot, under any circumstances, recommend this place to anyone unless you are actively looking to get food poisoning! The Burgers: A Biological Hazard Let's start with what they dare to call "food." The burgers are a catastrophic health risk. Imagine being served a burger on a moldy bun—literally covered in visible fungus. That’s a level of negligence that should be criminally prosecuted. But it gets worse! On top of the physical rot, the entire burger had an overpowering, sickening yeast stink, like a chemical cleaning product mixed with rotting dough. I have never in my life smelled something so foul from a supposedly 'fresh' meal. The Kitchen: Run by a Literal Child?! To make matters even more absurd and deeply concerning, I caught a glimpse of who was actually working back there. I am not exaggerating when I say there was a literal child working in the kitchen! A young boy who looked barely old enough to have finished elementary school was back there "cooking." He should be at home doing middle-school homework or playing with his friends, not handling raw meat and running a commercial kitchen! It completely explains why the food is either burnt to a crisp, a raw doughy mess, or served with mold. It is dangerously unprofessional. The Service: Unacceptable Incompetence and Disdain And don't even think about ordering pizza. They serve pathetic, dry, rock-hard little pucks with toppings that are completely inedible. The wait times are a complete joke; prepare yourself to wait a minimum of 45 minutes to well over an hour for this absolute garbage. When I confronted the staff about the mold, the horrible smell, and the raw food, they didn't offer an apology. They didn't even react with concern. In fact, the outrageously arrogant front-of-house staff practically laughed in my face with complete indifference. They clearly do not give a damn about their customers. Conclusion: This place is a total fraud. It is an expensive way to get food poisoning, run by people who clearly have no idea what they are doing—and apparently rely on actual children to do the cooking. Ptuj's Pizzeria Njami is a complete catastrophe. For your own health, sanity, and hard-earned money, do NOT set foot in this establishment! Price per person: €15–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
