I recently had the opportunity to try Ojo de Café for the first time, and I was genuinely impressed. The coffee was exceptionally clean, well-balanced, and full of character, with a clarity of flavour that really stood out. It was clear that a great deal of care goes into every step, from sourcing to roasting. What I appreciated most was how approachable the coffee was while still offering plenty of complexity for specialty coffee enthusiasts. It's the kind of coffee that makes you slow down and enjoy every cup. After this experience, Ojo de Café has definitely become one of the roasters I look forward to exploring further. I would highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates high-quality, thoughtfully roasted specialty coffee.

Great hand-poured filter coffee, friendly and knowledgeable staff when it comes to coffee. Almost a shame that it’s not open every day. I highly recommend it to coffee lovers.

Specialty coffee store specializing in South American coffee beans. The roast has characters that are not usually connected to the origins. Recommended for coffee enthusiast.
