Total disappointment. After a fun evening on the Oana wave, we were looking forward to a cozy dinner. The way we were received despite having a reservation was completely rude and unprofessional. That's not how you treat guests. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Not good! Had a reservation but there was another family there! That means we had to wait until the others left (1 hour) because they can only serve 1 table at a time! You didn't even say "Hello" but spoke directly from an email that never existed... I definitely won't go there again! Dietary restrictions: I have no idea I could tell if we had gotten food! Kid-friendliness: Not child friendly Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Noise level: Very loud, hard to hear Wait time: 1+ hour
