As far as the quality of the food is concerned, I can tell you that it is absolutely questionable, and God forbid it were the other way around, also because our aperitif is built and produced entirely in-house, which many others don't do. Our chef, if possible, goes out to explain the various products that make up the aperitif. Diluted water is subjective, they are made according to the indications of the best barmen on a national level. As for the pinsa, I'm sorry, it can happen, it was enough to say it right away that it wasn't to your liking, but saying it when you've finished two seems a bit late to me, I would have had them redone right away. Only those who do nothing never make mistakes.
