On September 17, 2023, I came to Pizzeria Oaza accompanied by relatives and friends. We ordered drinks, and then food (pizza). After about 20 minutes, the food arrived (which tasted great), we were full and I asked for payment. The waitress said the amount was €77.70. I thought the amount was too much considering how much we ordered. I didn't get the bill, so I opened the menu and the price list to calculate the amount of food and drinks we consumed. According to my calculation, the amount was €51.10, and then I asked the waitress how she got that amount and I asked her for the bill, which in the end I didn't even get. In a few minutes, she came to the table and apologized for the mistake. She said that by mistake, instead of €2.40 for two coffees, she entered €24.00, which is still not correct, because according to their calculation, my final amount was €58.80. After that, I didn't feel like arguing anymore. As of today, given the excellent price-quality ratio, unfortunately, I am bypassing Pizzeria Oaz in a big way. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
