Friendly helpful and attentive staff. We ordered bean puree, tuna, octopus salad, mozzarella tomato salad for starters an Inizio pizza for main. Food is a high standard and enough to satisfy, not tiny portions. The room is a beautiful white limestone archway underground, cosy and high ceiling Staff don't have perfect English, be patient. Traveling through Italy the service can be unexpected. I can confidently say that Nuovo Inizio goes beyond all the amazing qualities that an Italian restaurant is expected to have. The ambience is unique and romantic, however we were a party of 6 and it worked out perfectly, very spacious and clean. Our table was under a “cave” looking area. Authentic to the max. The attention/service was kind, warm and genuine. Our server, Tea, was the sweetest. Great attention to detail and with perfection collected our order. The food was excellent. We thought we over ordered however the meals were tasty enough to devoured every single crumb. We ended the night with these complimentary cookies that were brought by the chef. We left the establishment wanting to come back the next day. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
