We met Enzo soon after arriving in Sicily last summer. Our Italian language skills were terrible but we were able to get across to him that my husband and I are both vegan. The bread was all vegan-friendly but he didn't have anything else to tempt us. Fast forward seven months. Our Italian is a little bit better and Enzo has become our go-to bread bakery. He has baked us vegan plain focaccia, veggie-loaded focaccia, coffee biscuits, and he introduced us to his premium bread made with high-quality. locally-sourced, and organic flour. He is excited every time he tackles a vegan recipe. We are very grateful for his enthusiasm and his big heart! The bread and focaccia are amazing but the best part of the day is visiting with him! #mussomeli #veganbread #veganbaker
