Reluctantly leaving a bad review as we had a terrible experience, and our direct complaints have been ignored. We ordered two cauliflower katsu curries on 2nd January 2025. The dish was labelled vegan, however while chewing one of the "cauliflower" pieces, I was disgusted to realise I was actually chewing on meat (having followed a plant-based diet for almost 30 years). Further inspection of the meal revealed an entire filet of meat that had been disguised amongst the cauliflower. We immediately raised the issue, attaching photos, and have been surprised at how unresponsive and uncaring Nooch has been. They have not responded to our complaint (or several follow-ups), and have offered no apology, nor any kind of refund, despite our meal obviously being ruined and inedible to two vegans. If you have any kind of dietary requirement, or are vegan or vegetarian, I'd recommend avoiding this establishment, as they clearly do not seem to care about food standards or sadly, their customers. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CHF 40–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Vegetarian options: Meat was disguised within a dish that was labelled vegan. Despite having raised the issue and included photos, we have sadly been ignored. I'd avoid this establishment if you are vegetarian or vegan. Dietary restrictions: They included meat in a dish labelled vegan, so I'd say they're not to be trusted regarding any dietary requirements a customer may have.
