Hey Denisa Elena, First off, I'm really sorry to hear about your experience at Nooch. It sounds like we missed the mark with your order, and that's definitely not what we strive for. I apologize for the raw and burnt chicken satay, the lackluster fried rice, and the gyoza mishap. Our chefs are committed to plating only the freshest and best quality products, so it's disappointing to hear we didn't meet your expectations this time.
