Chiamarla cena ĆØ davvero riduttivo.Servizio impeccabile, locale di altissima classe e cucina travolgente con rivisitazioni della tipica cultura Croata e Dalmata in particolare.Carta dei vini eccellente e assortita con Sommelier esperto per ogni esigenza e curiositĆ .Cocktails letteralmente meravigliosi , che consiglio di prendere accompagnati da un piccolo aperitivo.Portate piĆ¹ che soddisfacenti , si esce sazi per chi se lo stesse chiedendo.Cibo unico , particolare, sfidante sia nel gusto che nella presentazione , spiegazioni da parte dei meitre davvero dettagliate e alla portata di tutti .Non si usano le posate e questo ĆØ stato uno dei punti di forza perchĆ© durante la cena si ĆØ immersi a 360 gradi nell'esperienza culinaria che questo ristorante vuole riservare ai suoi clienti, con musica dal vivo ,profumi, tatto e sicuramente gusti nuovi !Complimenti a tutto lo staff a tutta la cucina . Esperienza Da Favola!!

I had the Noel Essence tasting menu, and it was one of the most memorable dining experiences I have ever had. The food was exceptional, but what truly made the evening special was the service. The waiter did far more than simply serve the dishes. He carefully introduced every course, explained the ingredients, the techniques, the story behind the dish, and the reason certain flavors were combined. His knowledge, passion, and attention to detail created an atmosphere that elevated the entire experience. Without those explanations, the evening would have been incomplete. The service transformed dinner into a journey of discovery. I was amazed by the creativity of the menu. Some combinations sounded impossible at first, yet worked beautifully together. A strawberry dessert with a cucumber sauce was one of those moments that made me stop and wonder how such an idea could even be conceived. The balance of flavors and textures was remarkable. The entire experience lasted around two hours, and it was never just about eating. It was about exploring flavors, textures, ideas, and craftsmanship. Every course felt thoughtfully designed and perfectly presented. Thank you to the chef, the service team, and especially the waiter who guided the experience from beginning to end.
