The quality of the service in Nespresso boutique in Manor is really bad since last year. Before i was so happy to see a lady , i think of spanish or arabique origine, with dark hair and kind smile and friendliness who always proposed to choose a coffee, then proposed to try a new samples. Yesterday, I bought capsules for 100+ francs, nobody bothered to help me. I insisted to try a coffee, the lady with long blond hair said that those new blue Hawaii capsules are not supposed to be used to try them. I was looking for new version of cappuccino machine. First, that lady said that her colleagues is preparing a chocolat, then she tried to prepare a muss for cappuccino but she could not show me what a machine worth of 200 chf can prepare, finally she gave me a completely cold liquid cappuccino, without foam. I did not asked frappuccino! I wonder, where are your previous professional workers? These new ladies and their manager can do nothing, they have no skills to work with the client. They cannot even prepare a coffee. Her manager was near her and did nothing. Another young lady was running around 3 machos and would not finish my coffee. So the service is terrible. The coiffe machine is somewhere inside in the « cave » of the shop. I would continue to shop in the other boutique. It is very sad.
