Non verrò mai più in questo ristorante. Ho dovuto attendere 40 minuti per ricevere 4 piatti e dopo le numerose sollecitazioni sia tramite il tablet che al personale non si è risolto il problema e inoltre uno dei camerieri è stato molto maleducato. SCANDALOSO!

Unfortunately, our evening at Neko Sushi Nettuno was a failure. Communication in English is very difficult. Unfortunately, you always have the feeling of being a nuisance. The way the tablet worked wasn't explained to us either and it was set to Italian (after 30 minutes I figured out how to change it to German). We only got wasabi after we asked for it, but unfortunately we didn't get ginger until the end. The quality of the food was ok. The service tends to range between arrogant and helpless. Some of the dishes we received were tripled, some we hadn't ordered at all and some dishes were missing at the end. One of the waiters tipped over a bowl of soy sauce at our table and even an hour later when we left the restaurant, no one had yet been found to wipe our table. This was certainly our first and only attempt at eating “non-Italian” food in Nettuno. Maybe this is intentional.
