I had the house cigar at Casa Nueva and thoroughly enjoyed the flavor. I was informed the house brand is made in Cuba, custom made for the shop in a famous Cuban cigar factory. I would like to order more but it seems the owner is not on social media or answers to email.

I generally agree with the positive comments: the owner is polite and informative, and the cigar I bought was very pleasant. However, when I tried to learn more about it online, I discovered that the same cigar is usually priced three times lower (even in Geneva), which spoiled the experience for me. Even the lighter and cutter were significantly overpriced. I recommend this place to those who don't care about fair prices, but rather about pleasant conversation.
