I visitatori non apprezzano molto il pollo di questo ristorante. Parecchi ospiti riportano che il personale è fichissimo in questo posto. Diversi clienti sottolineano che il servizio è decente. Came here after 3 weeks in Switzerland. Cocktails are $22+ and food is $30+ with some 40+. I wanted to get food but couldn’t justify it. Service seemed nice at first but they started ignoring me after I got low price drinks. They also stopped working entirely for 30+ min. Prices are on par with the most expensive restaurants in found in Switzerland and those were from Michelin star chefs. The only reason not to give them less stars is because b/c I feel bad how late they have to work. If they dropped pricing by 20% this restaurant would make far more money. They should also remove the $40 burger from the menu for their own benefit.

We were tired and hungry after a day's travel to Geneva and decided to eat here at the hotel instead of once again venturing out. We arrived early evening, and the place was about 2/3 full. After ordering, it took an hour to get our two hamburgers! Really, the service was so bad and disorganized, we called the manager over twice. Finally, he remarked that if we didn't have our food soon, he would personally go back into the kitchen and cook it himself. And he might have, because when the burgers arrived they were undercooked (cold raw centers oozing with blood). But we were so hungry that we ate these anyway. A water and burger with fries cost 55 euro. And when the waiter arrived with the bill, she pointed out that the cost did not include a tip (which she did say was optional)! Save yourself money and anxiety, and take the time to eat elsewhere before shuttling to the hotel. This establishment (not the hotel itself, which was clean and comfortable) made a very bad first impression of Geneva. They need to "clean up their act".
