I was a bit skeptical after reading the reviews, but the service was great, food was good and served in minutes! Easy payment system and the bar had a great atmosphere during the World Cup! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: CHF 10–20

Service does not match the waiters/waitresses outfits awful experience food no knife and fork provided 6 water glass for a table of 8, waiter was rude to us and sarcastic! He asked as we came in why we were there?!? It was 22:15 they serve untill 00:00 Is this guy serious? I would fire a waiter in my restaurant back home for such disrespect. Well equipped kitchen with state of the art Swiss made combie oven shame the chef couldn't work out how long to put a burger bun in for " it was like saw dust " boasted steak patty with option of cook temperature we asked for medium but came out well done luckily as it wasn't steak it tasted like a cheap skanky frankfurter if it was medium we would have food poisoning. We got a side of spatzel description was Swiss home made pasta FYI spatzel is German not Swiss the portion size was the most pathetic I have ever seen I have worked as a chef for 16 years this was a disgrace portion size was a cheap insult. The hotel is self is lovely and the guys on the front desk super helpful just don't eat at the restaurant. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CHF 100+
