The place looks really lovely and the staff were nice but the ramen noodles was good enough. I don’t recommend the Chashu and the gyoza. The Chashu isn’t melt in your mouth yummy like umamido’s. The gyoza was not fully cooked inside. I wonder if they steamed it before pan frying. I didn’t eat the rest of it because I’m scared of uncooked food. I’ve water in their Nyon branch and the pork gyoza was much better Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Just very impolite. No please, no thanks, all rushed food really below average right from the freezer to the frying pan. We got gyozas completely burned and they also declined to replace them. Chef even got offended and got rude. Definitely recommend avoiding that place. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CHF 70–80 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Tantanmen very good. What I don't understand is the plastic container (in terms of presentation but mostly the unnecessary, non-recyclable plastic waste)
