Thank you to the owners and the entire team at Nandanam for preserving the true identity of Indian cuisine. As a family, we've travelled across half the world and eaten at countless Indian restaurants, and without a doubt, this is the best Indian food we've ever had. Every dish was exceptional. The Butter Chicken was simply wow, rich, creamy, and full of authentic flavour. The Lamb Dum Hyderabadi Biryani was perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. But the real star of the evening was the Lamb Rack Tandoori Masala. It was hands down the best we've ever tasted. My son even said, "Dad, this is the best Indian food I've ever had." That says it all. The presentation of every dish was beautiful, and you could see the care that went into every plate. Even though the restaurant was busy, our drinks arrived in under 5 minutes and our food was served in around 20 minutes. The speed of service was remarkable, and the team worked incredibly hard while remaining friendly and professional. We can't believe we discovered this gem during our trip to Lausanne. The food didn't just satisfy our hunger, it satisfied our souls. Thank you for such an unforgettable dining experience. We will definitely be back whenever we're in Switzerland.
