I purchased the coupon on Groupon. They took the reservation and when I showed up at the restaurant it was closed. I tried to contact the merchant to get a written refund but nothing... they have another coffee shop and aperitif business where I will never set foot at this point. No control by Groupon. It's now unreliable. Bad experience and I don't think I will use the platform again..
