A nice facility and an o.k. Location, but: How can you position yourself with the prices? If you go out for a steak with a starter, dessert and a glass of wine, should you expect to pay 130-200 CHF? It is already clear that it is doomed to failure. Please reconsider your price positioning so that your restaurant is open for longer than 6 months.
