I recently dined at Nau restaurant in Lausanne and am delighted to share my experience. The food was simply delicious! We enjoyed excellent oysters, followed by fish prepared to perfection. The service was also outstanding, with attentive staff who really helped make our meal even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Nau to anyone looking for an excellent dining experience in Lausanne.
