Having stayed at many five-star properties around the world, it’s unfortunately rare to find one that truly lives up to expectations, but Grace La Margna absolutely did. The service was impeccable, with the staff consistently anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. The rooms were beautifully and thoughtfully designed, the pillow menu was a fantastic touch for sleeping comfort, and every amenity one would expect from a luxury property was there. The food throughout the hotel was wonderful, and our waiter was exceptional. Most importantly, every staff member we encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely phenomenal. Every experience exceeded our expectations, and the hotel delivered the level of hospitality that so many luxury properties aspire to but few achieve. Service: 5
