An Absolute Paradise (Just Don't Get Too Wet!) Mulini Beach Bar at Mon Perin is, without a doubt, a stunning slice of heaven. The views are breathtaking, the vibe is incredible, and it remains one of our absolute favorite spots to unwind in Bale. It is truly a beautiful place. However, they’ve introduced a fascinating new policy this year. Apparently, they have developed a sudden, terrifying fear of people who have... shocker... actually been in the sea. Yes, you read that right. At a beach bar. Trying to get a drink after a swim now feels a bit like buying a luxury sofa, but being told you can't test-sit because your trousers might have a speck of dust on them. It’s a masterclass in irony: a beachside establishment that seems deeply panicked by the existence of water and wet swimwear. "Please enjoy the gorgeous coastal views, but heaven forbid you actually partake in the coast before sitting down!" We still love this place and highly recommend it because it’s gorgeous. Just remember to bring a full hazmat suit, or perhaps a personal hairdryer to completely dehydrate yourself before daring to approach the bar. Highly recommended—just stay dry, folks!
