Non avrei potuto scegliere ristorante migliore a Zagabria. Ho mangiato divinamente prendendo un menù degustazione da 4 portate (più due entrée offerte dalla cucina) una migliore dell’altra. La gentilezza e professionalità dello staff è qualcosa che non si vede tutti i giorni, mi sono sentita coccolata, una sensazione di benessere che solo chi ama il proprio lavoro riesce a trasmettere. I piatti sono presentati in maniera eccellente, belli alla vista ma dal sapore ancora più buono. Il risotto è stata la parte che ho apprezzato di più, avrei potuto mangiarne altri due piatti. I prezzi sono leggermente più alti dei classici ristoranti di Zagabria ma vale assolutamente la pena spendere quei 10€ in più per l’esperienza che una cena qui può regalare. Caldamente consigliato!!!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Torero restaurant in Zagreb and can say with full confidence that it is a true gastronomic gem. From start to finish, my experience at Torero was nothing short of exceptional. The ambience of the restaurant is elegant and stylish, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that immediately ensures relaxation and enjoyment. The staff is made up of true professionals, from the sommelier to the waiters, who have both extensive expertise and excellent gastronomic skills. Your service was attentive, friendly and always discreet. The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the seven courses accompanied by wine that I was able to enjoy. Each dish was a work of art in itself, lovingly prepared and with a combination of flavors and textures that made my taste buds dance. Every bite was a true feast for the senses. The wine pairing was particularly impressive, with each course accompanied by a carefully selected wine that perfectly complemented the flavors of the food. The sommelier was able to take my preferences into account and offer me a selection of wines that exceeded my expectations. The creativity and passion that went into every composition was clearly noticeable. The ingredients were fresh, of the highest quality and selected with great attention to detail. Each plate was a masterpiece that was not only visually appealing but also offered a taste experience of unparalleled quality. In my opinion, Torero deserves the Michelin star award for its excellence in gastronomy. It is a place where one can experience the culinary arts in their fullest glory. Whether for a special occasion or just to pamper yourself, the Torero is definitely a top choice. I can fully recommend this restaurant and am already looking forward to my next visit to Torero to experience more culinary highlights.
