We would like to clarify some aspects of the evening in question. Unfortunately, we had not been informed in advance of the presence of 5 children under six years old and 4 infants with strollers. Our private room, which had initially been reserved for you, was not suitable for hosting such a large group and with these specific needs. For this reason, we have accommodated you in one of our wooden structures, designed to offer a comfortable and luxurious environment, as demonstrated by the photos we attach. Furthermore, we must underline that during the evening the children created a certain disturbance for the other customers present, further complicating the management of the service. Regarding the dishes not served, such as the tuna dish and the sorbet, we would like to inform you that they have been correctly canceled from the bill before the final payment. We are sorry for the delay in service; managing a group of 24 people presents challenges, especially if you want to guarantee the quality and freshness of each dish. Finally, we would like to point out that the evening took place outdoors during the month of August in Sicily, where the heat is inevitable. Despite this, we always do our best to ensure maximum comfort for our guests.More
