A small, private motel right next to the roundabout with a nice view of the lower part of the city. The motel is a constant gathering place for local residents who regularly come for morning coffee and reading newspapers, but also for guests who usually rent rooms for the day or one or two nights. The quality of the food is good, the menus for certain types of gatherings are varied and nobody goes hungry, and the prices are reasonable. The restaurant has three halls and one room with a bar. One hall is a covered outdoor terrace with a good view, the second is smaller, indoor for smaller celebrations, christenings, birthday celebrations or smaller gatherings, and is also used for regular serving of meals, and the third, in the basement of the building, which is also the largest. There is also the possibility of outside catering services! Rooms: There are officially two types of rooms. Standard and luxury. There is another type, which are rooms for one person, which are much smaller and some of them are in need of minor repairs. Nearby activities: There are various contents that can be interesting, and they are located both in the city itself and in the surrounding area. For people who want to go shopping, there are six large chain stores and a dozen smaller ones in the city. For lovers of good food, there are two restaurants near the motel and one in the motel. Three pizzerias, two pastry shops and a dozen cafes, as well as several bakeries complete the food and drink offer in the city. However, despite all this offer, you cannot eat anything hot on Sunday from 2 to 3 p.m., and only one pizzeria is open from 3 to 5 p.m. But that's why cafes are open until the wee hours. There are a large number of cultural and historical monuments in the city and its surroundings, there is a gallery and a museum in the city, and there is also a cinema on weekends. Two smaller rivers and several lakes and ponds, as well as many forests and meadows, vineyards and sports grounds offer a great choice for tourists who decide to come to Vrbovec, but as overnight accommodation can only be booked at Motel Marina, accommodation must be booked well in advance. Food & drinks: I have been several times in a motel, in a restaurant and I have never left disappointed or hungry. I personally organized various get-togethers with food and drinks in the motel's restaurant, and I will certainly do so in the future. The food is of high quality, tasty, and the service is excellent, with a constant smile from the people who serve. The prices are acceptable, and since the motel has three rooms where you can eat and drink, it is possible to arrange gatherings for both larger and smaller groups. The only small complaint is regarding the working hours of the kitchen. Every day until 2:00 p.m., which means, if you haven't pre-arranged socializing with food and drinks for a larger group, that after 1:45 p.m. you can no longer eat anything in the motel's restaurant.
