We came from Brazil to visit Slovenia and Croatia and had a lovely time at Monte Formento. Tino (the host and owner) conducted the tasting with us and was super friendly! We went with our toddler and he also had a blast. We recommend it for food lovers and families!

We were looking for an olive oil tasting off the beaten path and we found this absolute gem. Mr. Grebac gave us his personal attention and spoiled us with not only olive oil tastings, but a beautiful (and very generous) Istrian meat and cheese board, three different wines, a plate of delicious sweets made by the grandmother, and cordials. He took us to see his adorable miniature goats and friendly donkeys. The patio is welcoming and peacefully surrounded by olive trees. The olive oils are all fresh and delicious. I hope to return someday!

Sounds looks good and I'd love to visit. Sadly, lots of blah-blah, but no open hours given. If closed for the winter, please say so. I've given 3 stars, as I can't give 1 when not tried. Equally, missing this fundamental information doesn't warrant better mark.
