Everything we had was awful. We had some hair on our salad and the old lady blamed us. But we found the hair as soon as the salad served it was stick to one of the leaves. And they were really rude the us. There was a slightly old woman, brown haired behind the counter. I wanted to ask what ingredients have the quiche, because I have allergy for some product group. She was doing some weird mimics and not helping to explain and I felt so insulted. I clearly see that she is not well educated person and she can not speak fluently which she has not to do but I know that she has ability to explain which is her duty. She tried to be smiling person when we are leaving because she exactly knows that I will be exposing her. The hair in our salad is not a problem it can happen any time I consider this things as an accident but the attitude of the staff is problem and it is poor to see this immigrated people are racist to tourist without looking where from they are. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Absolutely delightful! Great decor and ambience. The deserts were fabulous! I ordered Grand Marnier mousse and the Orange Schocci mouse with a latte! The service was exceptional! I came at the end of the day, every time i walked by Monnier 1912, it was packed! I would absolutely prioritize returning and having this experience next time I am in Bern!
