Dear Sir or Madam, We are very sorry for the misunderstanding. Croatia–Ghana was played at the same time as England–Panama (June 27 at 11:00 p.m.), and the TV broadcast at that time was Croatia–Ghana. Unfortunately, because of this, we were unable to show the match of your national team. We broadcast all matches whenever we are able to do so. The England–Congo match will be broadcast today, July 1, at 6:00 p.m. We hope this clarifies the situation and thank you for your understanding. P.S. Of course, you were welcome to stay and have drinks, just like the other English guests who were there at the SAME TIME. However, as far as we understood, your concern was only about watching the match.
