Terrible service! Came to a what so called “pub” to watch football. Asked if I can turn sport channel on. The response was positive. Watched for about 30 mins and wanted to switch a channel since the other match have started. Unfortunately, saw a dude running at me and screaming like a toddler that’s it’s his cafe and I can’t switch anything channel without permission. I referred that I have asked a waiter and the response was positive. He started yelling even louder and told me it’s forbidden to change a channel because he is the owner and want to watch a documentary or whatever he told he wanted to watch. Wow what a customer service 0/100 . Wouldn’t recommend to anybody. Customer oriented = never HEARD OF. The waiter provided an excellent job, however what’s so called the “ego of an owner” demonstrated it’s not worth visiting at all. Not surprised the what’s so called “pub” was empty on Thursday night.
