Mlinar is something best you can experience and enjoy while you are visiting Croatia! It's an absolutely MUST If you like to go drink morning coffee outside, grab something from Mlinar and enjoy your breakfast. They have excellent "Burek"and also "Pogačice od čvaraka", and so many other delicious bakery.
