The restaurant is very old and the food is at best good for a food truck. Right at the beginning we had a strange feeling because the restaurant was almost empty on a Saturday. We quickly knew why. The food is all but not fresh. You can see absolutely no love for the food and preparation. The dessert was presented carelessly and the ice cream was simply put in the freezer so that you had to open the packages yourself. The table was unkempt. When I wanted to take the table mat from the other seat, it stuck to the table. In general, you had the impression that everything here was somehow unhygienic. Absolutely not worth the price and a bitter disappointment. Only the only service person made an effort and was friendly. I absolutely cannot agree with the bad reviews! I'm a pretty picky person, especially when it comes to food. And at Mister Khan the food is simply great! You can choose between a salad, vegetable, meat and dessert buffet (in the evening). As vegetarians, the large selection of fresh vegetables more than satisfied us. My mother-in-law, who is a big meat/seafood fan, also got her money's worth. The meat was frozen - how else can you do that hygienically at a buffet?! And the dessert buffet? I've never seen anything like this before: fresh fruit en masse, at least 6 different types of mousse, meringues, fruit salad, ice cream that you can scoop yourself, etc. And that was just the food! The staff is friendly, attentive and always ready for a quick chat. As soon as we were in the restaurant everything was explained to us in a very friendly manner. The restaurant itself? Sure, the premises are a typically rustic, winding Swiss pub, but the team has decorated everything very lovingly. It's a bit old, but the food and the staff definitely make up for it! Dear Mister Khan team: We'll be back! Vegetarian options: If you don't have any problems with the food coming into contact with meat when preparing it, it is more than suitable.
