If you are visiting Zagreb from any country I would strongly encourage you all to visit Mind Cafe. It’s not in the center of Zagreb but it’s a short bus ride to it (10 min). I am fortunate that this cafe is close to where my mom lives. Since I visit Croatia often this is my go to spot. The ambiance is spectacular, and the owner is one of the coolest people I have met. We even spoke about cafe business until late hours one day. Their coffee is also the best in the neighborhood. Don’t be afraid to try “combination” - coffee and Coctka is my recommendation. The terrace is always in the shade and it is truly located in the heart of Gajnice which means you will always see interesting people and there is always good energy. In two weeks I stayed there I probably visited this cafe about 30 times and it felt like it wasn’t enough. I have visited many coffee spots in my life and I am not afraid to say this is easily one of the best spots in the world. Crazy, I know, but you have to visit it to see it yourself.
