If I could, I’d give 10 stars to this place. I went on holiday for 5 days to Basel, and stayed at VisionApartments, where on the ground floor you have the Mimosa restaurant. They also provide breakfast service for the hotel. The food was amazing. Me and my friends have tried a lot of dishes on their menu, and we enjoyed every single one of them. They were all delicious, made there on the day, from fresh ingredients. The owner, Ferhat, is so kind and attentive. Nothing was any trouble for him, he was very happy to help with any request. He also works very hard, basically spends all his time at the place, and you can tell he definitely cares about the staff and customers also. The rest of the staff is exactly the same way, they are very genuine, kind, amazing people. They operate as a family, and you can feel this in the quality of the food and the way they interact with people. Thank you so much Evo, Clara, Hakan, and the ladies in the kitchen, Seral and Ginger!
