The pancakes here are absolutely phenomenal! The taste, the presentation, and the overall vibe of the place are top notch, which is exactly why I am giving this a 5star rating. I truly believe this place has amazing potential, but I wanted to leave some constructive feedback regarding a few details that didn't quite match the high standard of the food. I’m confident the team will take this into account to make the experience perfect. The venue is beautifully designed and feels like a proper cafe-bar/restaurant, so it was a bit surprising and inconvenient that customers have to go up to the bar to place their order. A table service model would much better fit the upscale concept and ambiance you’ve created. Personally, I found the vanilla ice cream to be lacking flavor. It tasted more like frozen milk than a rich vanilla. When I brought this up to the staff, I made sure to emphasize that I wasn't complaining, but simply offering friendly feedback to help improve the quality of the product. Unfortunately, the response was quite cold and defensive. The staff met me with a completely serious, "wall faced" expression, showing a lack of warmth or understanding. I’m leaving 5 stars because the pancakes themselves deserve it and I want to support this business. However, a little more hospitality from the team and a look into the ice cream recipe would make this place absolutely flawless. I look forward to coming back and seeing things improve!

Thanks for you honest review. Ordering system has been like this since 2014., people are custom to it. The reason why is like that, we leave you to decide what every you want for as much as you need, we wont rush you. If you visit some of our other locations in other countries you will find that we do infact provide a table service aswell. Enkpy

Not the best service. Pancakes dough can be better for this price.
