It's not a bad bar but I don't think it's as good as some people say. Ordered 2 Focaccia both were tasty but almost cold. Had a Negroni and the Lady really didn't know how to make it properly. I guess it's ok for a simple Aperol Spritz but not a cocktail that needs careful crafting. The staff unfortunately wasn't attentive in fact they couldn't care less. Again not a bad place but definitely not highly recommended. Price per person: CHF 30–40 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

Liebe Gabriela, vielen Dank für dein ehrliches Feedback. Es tut uns sehr leid, dass die Focaccia nicht warm genug war und auch die Cocktails – insbesondere der Negroni – nicht unseren Standards entsprochen haben. Wir sind gerade dabei, neue Mitarbeiter einzuarbeiten, und nehmen dein Feedback sehr ernst, um uns weiter zu verbessern. Könntest du uns vielleicht sagen, wann genau du bei uns warst? Das würde uns sehr helfen, den Ablauf nachzuvollziehen und intern aufzuarbeiten. Ich würde mich sehr freuen, wenn du noch einmal bei uns vorbeischaust. Vielen Dank und liebe Grüße

Migus Bar in Bern is a great new spot to start your day with an excellent coffee—or to wind down after work with a good beer or glass of wine. He also serves a tasty lunch, especially the focaccia. You’ll find it at Hirschengraben in Bern, close to the main station. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
