In the Hotel we have many categories of rooms to satisfy the different needs of our welcome guests including the new Superior and Deluxe rooms completely renovated this year. Upon your request to change rooms we did everything, and it was not easy as we were full, to find you a room inside the main building after your prior inspection of the proposed room and confirmation on your part that it was fine. Then he came and said that the room was too cold, we immediately turned off the air conditioning and also the ventilation, the latter can only be turned off by the reception by simply calling 9. Mea culpa that the next day the maid turned the air conditioning back on while cleaning the room and didn't turn it off again.
