Just a one night stand and a perfect room (upgraded without requiring from a single room to a junior suite) Lift. Large room and bathroom with shower and tub(lot of towels and bathrobe). King size bed and fast internet access). Quiet room good for rest and sleep well. Breakfast was too much for me as I usually don’t eat in the morning. Paid Parking is available next to the hotel, free parking 500m walk away. Service: 5

We stayed one night in the Hotel Metzgern, unfortunately the booking for our friends went wrong, they were looking for another accommodation... just annoying! The rooms are freshly painted and renovated, so it's ok for one night. If you look out the window, you're almost glued to the house next door. The breakfast was quite simple but ok for our purpose. The hosts weren't really unfriendly, but I'm used to dealing with guests in a much friendlier way. What had to be said was done but not a word more. The service that brought us the coffee was friendly but just as taciturn as the boss, you could have heard a pin drop..... As I said, we only stayed a few hours on site and left again. For longer, this accommodation would not have been an option for me. Rooms: 3 Service: 3 Location: 4
