albergo da sogno, immerso tra le montagne e fuori dal mondo. Chi cerca tranquillità e pace nella natura è nel posto giusto. Cucina favolosa SPA piccolina ma piacevole Personale gentile e disponibile

We celebrated my mothers 80th birthday at the Mountain Hotel Mettmen and were delighted by the hotel itself, blown away by the location and treated at its best by the staff. In total we were 10 people – between the ages of 1 and 80, and every single one of us hat a great time. Starting with the hotel: it feels small and intimate and there are plenty of spaces to hang out. We appreciated the lounge area for having a drink and playing cards, and the spa is small but really nice with a Sauna & tub outside. The restaurant is amazing – and the kitchen staff was very accommodating with special requests. The rooms are nice and smell very good of wood – and the views both in the front and back are just gorgeous. If one thing could be changed it would be to have a little desk in the room we had (family room with 4 beds). The area is absolutely amazing, being the oldest wilderness protection area in Europe. Abundant wildlife, a superb lake in which we enjoyed cool swims and great hikes all around make it the perfect place!!! We will for sure return ;-) Thanks a lot to the team for making this a memorable birthday & family celebration. Service: 5
