From the very beginning, the experience was deeply disappointing. We were rushed the moment we sat down, pressured to order drinks as if our presence was an inconvenience. The waitress. an Asian woman with black hair with a shocking lack of patience and courtesy throughout. But what truly left me speechless was the way the service ended. After we paid, she turned her back on us without even a simple “thank you” or “goodbye.” Instead, she wore a mocking, dismissive expression that felt deliberately insulting. I have dined in many places around the world, and never have I encountered such disrespect as a paying customer. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable in any establishment that claims to value its guests. Food: 1 Service: 1

When in Bern and you got a craving for some asian cuisine, drop by at mekong Bern. There, you can enjoy some wonderful chinese dishes like the Mekong fried rice , the spicy schecuan chicken. Nice dining atmosphere, not too noisy despite the resto had limited seating and many pateons during our visit. We were.able ro enjoy our dinner and chats with friends. Nice and friendly staff. They gladly help you to chose the right food for you. Enjoy your meal, we did! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CHF 60–70 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
