nice clear water. nice beach chairs. place like a canteen on wheels though. we were the only customers on restaurant area, they charged 3 euro per person as cover charge although we had only 2 items: an aperol spritz and a beer. so no reason for cover charge! this happened nowhere else in Sicily on a 9-day road trip to Palermo, Cefalu, Syracuse and Taormina. This is wrong. an official rip-off that was not mentioned even on the menu. the waiter replied "I am an employee, I do not know".

Beware of the deceptive business practices at Medea beach club in Sicily. The owner falsely advertised a bottle for $180 but handed me a bill for $640, refusing to acknowledge the discrepancy and resorting to threats of police involvement when questioned. This establishment is a breeding ground for dishonesty and exploitation. Furthermore, the service standards at Medea beach club are shockingly poor. Our group of over 30 people endured a torturous 3-hour wait and were served a mere single drink after 2.5 hours of patience. Hoping to expedite the process, we purchased a bottle, only to realize it was a ploy to overcharge and manipulate guests. Medea beach club's lack of integrity is appalling. It's disheartening to witness such unethical behavior in the hospitality industry. I caution anyone considering a visit to steer clear of this establishment. Let's hope that Medea beach club faces repercussions for their unscrupulous actions and reconsiders their deceitful practices.

No shade, overpriced food for small portions, the whole place is made out of plywood. So confused how this place is so highly rated. I’ve had much better food with better portions for much cheaper at every other beach club we’ve been to since we’ve arrived. Don’t recommend coming during a hot day whatsoever
