L'atmosfera ospitale di questo fast food dipende in larga misura dal personale, che qui è davvero professionale. Rimarrai sicuramente contento dell'ottimo servizio. McDonald’s offre una vasta scelta di piatti a prezzi adeguati. È un un posto piacevole con la sua atmosfera esotica. Ma gli utenti di Google hanno valutato questo locale e non ha avuto un punteggio molto alto.

Fast Food dovrebbe essere "cibo veloce"...20 minuti per un cheeseburger non è molto veloce. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CHF 10–20

After a very long journey through Switzerland, we arrived quite late in the evening at McDonald’s in Villeneuve. As usual, the food here in Switzerland — and also here in Villeneuve — was really, really good. Everything was fresh, tasty, and exactly the quality we appreciate from Swiss McDonald’s. The staff were also very friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made the visit even nicer after such a long day. The only thing I would personally wish for as a guest is to have an outdoor seating area where non-smokers can also enjoy their meal comfortably. It would be wonderful if there were a separate space for smokers, so that families and guests who do not smoke can sit outside without being surrounded by cigarette smoke. Apart from that, everything was excellent: great food, kind people, and the usual top Swiss McDonald’s quality. Thank you to the team in Villeneuve.
