Molto carino e accogliente ampio parcheggio ottimo per un pasto veloce (hanno una vasta scelta di salsine ma non ho visto la maionese è la prima volta che mi capita di non trovare la maionese al McDonald è l’unica salsina che preferisco) del resto tutto ok

Attention Incompetent staff. I ordered once again tonight using the McDonald’s online app, and this time, even the manager was unable to read my order displayed on his screen. He asked me to show him the details on my phone. A female employee then joined in; at least she was more respectful and tried to help, but the manager remained completely nonchalant and arrogant. He didn’t even greet me or say hello. This led to a series of confusing conversations between the two of them. I addressed both directly to make sure nothing would be forgotten. I clearly stated that the McRaclette should be without pickles and with an extra beef patty, which I had of course paid for (2.50 CHF). I thought everything was clear, and it seemed like things were finally in order. After a 15 minute wait, I received my order despite being the only car there, and it was Sunday at 11:45 PM. I should have double checked, but after all the questions and back and forth, I assumed they would at least get the order right. But no!! When I got home, I found that the McRaclette was missing the extra patty and even had pickles in it! For context, I regularly order from this same restaurant. There have been ups and downs, but this time was just completely unacceptable. Edit 08.01.2025: Following my review, I received an apology letter along with a coupon for a free small menu, which I appreciated. In the letter, they also stated that measures would be taken to improve the professionalism of the staff. However, during the second order I placed after the incident, the same mistake happened again. This time, they respected the "no pickles" request, but once again forgot to add the extra beef patty I had paid for. Clearly, nothing has been done to fix the problem. It's disappointing to see the same issues repeating themselves despite their promises. It's not just about the extra 2.50 CHF, but about consistency, professionalism, and respect for the customer. Price per person: CHF 20–30 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
