Dear Erza Scarlet,We are truly sorry that your second visit was as disappointing as your first. Having menu items unavailable on both occasions, without the team explaining this proactively, is frustrating, especially when you had to ask about alternatives yourself. A burnt Cheeseburger Royal, soggy fries that tasted stale, and drinks split into four small cups because large cups were unavailable made the experience even more unsatisfactory. We are also sorry for the waitress's bored manner and for shouting across the restaurant for guests. This service fell well below the standard guests should receive. As a returning guest, we understand why these repeated issues have left you frustrated and hesitant to return. Your feedback has been noted and shared with the team for careful attention. We would value the opportunity to provide you with a much better visit in future.Kind regards,McDonald's Fribourg
