I ordered a Big Mac menu with fries, a cola, and a fries sauce. It took 15 minutes to get my meal, which was acceptable since the place was quite crowded. Upon request, they did provide me with a straw, which is why the service gets 2 stars - even though it really should have been included from the start. Other than that, the experience was pretty bad. The first thing I did when I got back on the bus was grab a fry - completely soggy. I then reached for the sauce to hopefully salvage it, only to realize they had forgotten the sauce I paid for. My Big Mac was also quite dry, though that might just be average McDonald’s quality. They at least didn’t manage to mess up the cola, which honestly felt like a surprise at this point. All in all, it was a bad experience, especially considering the price they charge. To make matters worse, I have no way to request a refund, as their website link isn’t working, and I had already left the restaurant by bus when I noticed the issues. TL;DR: Old, soggy fries; dry Big Mac; forgotten sauce that was paid for; and no way to request compensation. 1/5 stars. I didn’t think McDonald’s could mess up this badly.
