McDonald’s. Our order number 3350 date August 30 2026 . You can check my email how many time I come MacDonald. Belongs to MacDonald account also. We came to Switzerland from Canada and were very disappointed by our experience at this McDonald’s. We simply asked the staff if they accepted euros. A staff member, Kunal, checked with the manager and told us it was okay. We paid with €100 and received €27 back, while our food cost €56, which means there was a significant difference that was not properly explained to us. I then politely asked Kunal if he could cancel the payment so I could pay by Mastercard instead. I clearly explained that I was not cancelling the food order, only asking to change the payment method. He refused and said they could not do it because it would require too much work. After that, we asked for the staff member’s name because we wanted to report our experience. Once we received our order, we noticed that the potatoes were okay, but two portions of fries were completely cold, as if they had been sitting for a very long time. As visitors from Canada, we expected a much better level of customer service in Switzerland. This experience was extremely disappointing and left a very bad impression on us. I hope management reviews what happened, especially the handling of the payment and the quality of the food. Staff member involved: Kunal. Devi , manger. Service: 1
