I recently received a full refund following my Google review. While I would have rated the food 5 stars, my most recent experience was disappointing. I placed the order at 8:30 PM, expecting delivery by 9:45 PM. However, the food never arrived. This was both surprising and frustrating, as most quality kitchens close by 10 PM, leaving me without options and ultimately having to go to bed hungry. After leaving negative feedback, I was contacted by someone from Mauka, who explained that a technical issue prevented the order from going through. Although I appreciate the explanation, I would have expected immediate notification about the problem, allowing me to retry or find an alternative. It felt quite unprofessional to keep me waiting for hours without any communication, especially since I had received a confirmation email stating the order was successful.
