Reading your kind words truly made our day – we are so happy that your stay with us became such a special highlight of your Switzerland trip. We are delighted that you enjoyed the suite with the Matterhorn view and appreciated the design and atmosphere. It also means a great deal to us that the small, personal touches – like the handwritten welcome card and the little gift – made their way home with you and will remind you of your stay. Thank you as well for your lovely words for our team, specially to Susana at the front desk and Isabel at breakfast - we will be sure to pass on your kind compliments.
