Dopo essersi goduti il Cabinet d'Arts Graphiques, potrebbe essere una buona idea andare in questo ristorante. La cucina svizzera è da non mancare al ristorante Matière. La ricetta del successo di questo posto è il suo gustoso filetto americano. Assaggia l'ottimo parfait. Delizioso vino è tra le cose da bere ordinate più spesso in questo locale.

L'attento personale lavora duramente, ha un atteggiamento positivo e rende questo posto meraviglioso. Rimarrai sicuramente contento del simpatico servizio. Delicious: we had the tasting menu washed down with serval if their delicious IPA. The waffles & salmon amuse bouche we very promising. The asparagus was excellent, perfectly cooked and I loved the different flavours around asparagus in the mayo, salad and the stems themselves - very clever. The beetroot and trout was very earthy and savoury, a nice reminder of a different set of flavours and beautifully cooked fish. Excellent steak as well. The music was curated all evening, nothing but the best hits, and both the waitress and maitre'd were charming and great fun. THOROUGHLY RECOMMENDED Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CHF 100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Great first experience at Matière. Very refined and delicious white fish low temp with a beetroot sauce and emulsion of fish stock and ginger and raviolis of beetroot The balance of taste and texture was divine. For dessert the chocolate mousse / ice-cream /crumble with olive paste. I liked the contrast and the warm olive oil taste (not bitter at all). With this an excellent Sauternes from Loire. Will defiantly go back. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CHF 60–70 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
