I think they are a bit annoyed, demotivated and rude. From the get go, she ( worker named Elodie) was being dismissive, rude and nasty. I made a mistake ordering something, mind you I know my French isn’t perfect, but I clearly tried to correct myself and told her “No, s’il vous plait, pas celui la” and she completely ignored me. She proceeded to continue her rudeness so I just gave up and payed. All in all a quite distasteful employee and a bad first impression. I won’t be going back there. The only reason I give it two stars is due to the fact that the actual products were good. Thanks for reading.

"I would like to share my experience with both English and French speakers here. We approached the staff member at the cashier at their branch in Chavannes-de-Bogis, Geneva, to ask about ice cream. She responded very nervously and rudely, saying: 'I can't sell you anything, we are closed. If you want ice cream, come back tomorrow.' This was extremely poor and unprofessional service. It proves that even great products don't guarantee a great experience when the staff lacks basic courtesy. I truly hope that, with the same dedication you invest in your products, you also invest in training your cashier and front-line staff on how to treat customers with respect. For sure, even if this place has the best products, I will never consider it again, no matter what."
